Mark is a seasoned marketing consultant. He began his career working for marketing agencies and consulting firms. During that time he developed the skills needed to enhance and build successful marketing strategy, plans and programs for clients.
For the past 15 years Mark has been in various marketing and consulting positions in the travel loyalty industry with a concentration on loyalty programs and customer acquisition and retention.
Former clients include international travel brands and Fortune 500 companies such as Amadeus Loyalty, Coca-Cola Company, Intercontinental Hotels Group, Kellogg's, JetBlue Airways and Red Robin Gourmet Burgers to name a few. He is recognized within the industry as a loyalty expert and marketing strategist.
